Bedroom 1:

- Located in its own separate section; a cabin that is only 10 feet away from the main home.

- Comfortable queen size bed

- Flat screen TV that has Roku so that you can stream your favorite shows and movies at your convenience

- Stand up shower

- Comes with fresh towels and linens as well as complimentary bar soap

- Small kitchenette that has a coffee pot, microwave, small refrigerator as well as a small stove

- Private porch with a porch swing and can overlook the property where you can see a small pond. You may see wild creatures roaming the property such as squirrels, rabbits, deer and turkey

- There is a small electric fireplace.

Bedroom 2:

- Comfortable double size bed.

- Long dresser to store away your clothing

Bedroom 3:

- Comfortable queen size bed

- Stand up dresser to store away your clothing

Bedroom 4:

- Has a dresser with a mirror, a stand up dresser and two night stands

- Has a TV stand that has an electric fireplace.

- Private walk out balcony where you can overlook the estate where you may find wild deer, turkey, squirrels and rabbits roaming the grounds. Also has seating and a cooler.

- Master bathroom has a stand up shower, towels and linens are provided as well as complimentary bar soap.

Main Home Bathroom:

- Him and Her vanity sink

For families that are hosting large parties, you can find a large kitchen where you can prepare your delicious meals while having an amazing view which you can overlook. All you have to do is provide the food and we provide the essentials needed in a kitchen such as:

- Full size Refrigerator that has a freezer

- Gas stove

- Kitchen utensils such as whisks, spatulas, tongs and mixing spoons.

- Cutting boards and a chef style knife set (careful they are sharp)

- Mixing bowls and strainers

- Pots and pans

- Baking trays and cupcake tins

- 8 dinner sets of plates, small plates and bowls.

- Utensils are provided such as spoons, forks and knives.

- Ice cream glass cups - 6 of them

- Wine glass cups - 6 of them

In the kitchen you can find that there is ample space where guests can sit and enjoy their meal. Two stools sit at the kitchen counter as well as a breakfast nook that can seat 4 people. The dining room is the first room you will enter when coming inside the property and can seat 6 people.

For those who love to drink coffee or tea in the morning we also do provide the needed items to give you that extra boost in the morning.

Seating is no issue when you have multiple guests inside the home.

The living room is very spacious and has comfortable couches so that everyone can enjoy watching the flat screen TV which is connected to Roku so that you can stream your favorite movies and shows. If you aren't in the mood to watch TV, board and card games are provided such as UNO, a deck of regular playing cards and the board game, Operation.

Laundry is available at the property, which is located in the basement that has solid concrete floors. Mind you, please provide your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets as those are not provided for guests.
