Located on the first floor is a comfortable full size bed

Has its own closet in which you can store your personal items

Upstairs is a comfortable queen size bed

Has its own walk in closet in which you can store your personal items

Flat screen TV that is 36 inches in which has Roku connection so that you can stream and watch your favorite movies and shows.

Bedroom 3:

Upstairs is a comfortable king size bedrooms

Has its own walk in closet in which you can store your personal items

Flat screen TV that is 50 inches in which has Roku connection so that you can stream and watch your favorite movies and shows.

Liquid hand wash soap

All guests will be provided with two towels, one hand towel and one face wash cloth each.

Hand/bar soap is also provided for each guest.

For families that are hosting family events, you can find a large kitchen where you can prepare your delicious meals while having an amazing view which you can overlook. All you have to do is provide the food and we provide the essentials needed in a kitchen such as:

Full size Refrigerator that has a freezer

Electric Stove

Kitchen utensils such as whisks, spatulas, tongs and mixing spoons.

Cutting boards and a chef style knife set (careful they are sharp)

Mixing bowls and strainers

Pots and pans

Baking trays and cupcake tins

Utensils are provided such as spoons, forks and knives.

Seating is no issue when you have multiple guests inside the home.

The living room is very spacious and has comfortable couches so that everyone can enjoy watching the flat screen TV which is connected to Ruko so that you can stream your favorite movies and shows. If you aren't in the mood to watch TV, board and card games such as Scrabble, Chess, Apples to Apples, Trouble, Risk, UNO, Deck of Cards and Checkers are provided. There are also books provided to read.

The dining room is spacious with six chairs.

A log fireplace is located between the living room and dining room; when used it can provide a comfy and cozy atmosphere.

Laundry is available at the property, which is located on the first floor. Mind you, please provide your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets as those are not provided for guests.

Outside of the Property:

Propane outdoor grill

Outdoor pavilion that has a propane outdoor grill, sink, small bar fridge and ample space to move around. Outlets are also provided to charge devices if need be.

As an added bonus for our guests, there is an outdoor movie projector theater in which you can watch sports or movies.

Plenty of seating space is provided by the pavilion

Plenty of parking in graveled areas.

Fire pit, with free firewood provided

Lawn games are provided like corn hole, horseshoe throwing game and a net to play either pickleball or volleyball

Ample outdoor lighting to see where you are going at night
